Your Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with some experience in cold-calling and cold-emailing. Experience working with a CRM is necessary; HubSpot CRM experience is a plus. This role may have the potential to elevate to Account Executive. SDR activities will focus on selling a customizable, integrated communication tool for internal audiences (employees, members, etc).

For this contract, the selected contractor should have ±40 hours/week available for the duration of the contract and must be able to communicate via email, video conferencing, Slack, and related communication/project management tools.

Qualified candidates for this Sales Development Rep (SDR) role should have:
  • 1-2+ years of SDR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in cold-calling and cold-emailing
  • Experience working with Hubspot (or other CRM)
  • Excellent ability to create structure for success
  • High levels of ambition and drive
  • Ability to take initiative, yet know when to ask for help
  • Desire to excel and elevate to an Account Executive
  • Team-focused attitude with integrity at the core
